Nothing really happened today of interest. Benny and Peach had friends over so that took up most of the day. Mrs. Kwan hit me again while teaching me some Turkish. She has a very odd way of showing affection.
Since there is nothing else to write about I am going to take some time to discuss the sport of Fireball. So Fireball is essentially dodge ball for dummies or sissies. There are two teams. One stands in the middle the other stands outside on opposite ends of the court. The outside team tries to hit the inside team. Here is the catch; there is only one ball. The glory of any game where you are trying to hit someone is hitting that said person as many times as you can, very quickly. We play its fun but I want to cry knowing they choose this knowing what dodge ball is. I am sure this is an English sport it has gentleman written all over it. Gross.
I prayed tonight with Benny the Jet. He was scared of giants and bad people. This happened before so I said:
What did I tell you to do last time?
I don’t remember. You gonna tell me?
Yes. I said ask Jesus to protect you. He loves you and wants to you just have to ask.
Will you ask him for me?
Yes I will pray.
No but will you ask him?
Yes I am gonna pray…
No but will you ask for the me?
Yes praying is asking.
(I prayed)
Jesus heard you?
Yes Jesus heard me.
Are you sure he is very far away?
He always hears me.
What if the moon isn’t there?
What?
What if there is no moon does he still here you?
Yes because he doesn’t live on the moon.
Where does he live?
In me and in heaven.
Is he dead?
No he rose from the dead and lives in heaven.
But heavens not here its in another world.
Yes that’s right. But from that world he can see this one. He can see us right now. He loves us and wants to take care of us.
It is interesting to hear what a six year old says about Jesus. Pray for more opportunities. Pray for a constant overwhelming anointing on me. Pray for the salvation of this house. God puts people in impossible situations so he can manifest his glory. I believe that I will see miracles here. Help me pray for that. I want God to be so thick here that you walk in and can feel the difference. I want to see Gods power displayed in a mighty way.
